# Day Tour to Visit Edfu & Kom Ombo Temples from Luxor

**__Tour Overview__**
This day tour lasts approximately 8 hours and runs daily from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm. It is a private tour that includes pick-up and drop-off from your hotel in Luxor, all transfers by a private A/C vehicle, a private tour guide, entrance fees to the mentioned sites, a lunch box, bottled water, and all service charges and taxes. **__Tour Description__**
At 7:00 am, an Emo Tours guide will pick you up from your hotel in Luxor and transfer you by private A/C vehicle to Edfu, approximately a 50-minute drive south of Luxor. Upon arrival, you will visit the majestic Temple of Edfu, dedicated to the god Horus. This temple is one of the most striking and complete ancient Egyptian temples, constructed during the Ptolemaic period.

Afterward, continue your tour to Kom Ombo, about a 45-minute drive from Edfu. Visit the Kom Ombo Temple, dedicated to two deities: the crocodile god Sobek and the falcon god Har wer (Horus the Elder). The temple dates back to the Graeco-Roman Period.

Finally, you will be transferred back to your hotel in Luxor.
