# Private Full Day to Discover the West Bank in Luxor

**__Tour Overview__**
This day tour lasts approximately 8 hours and runs daily from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. It is a private tour that includes pick-up and drop-off from your hotel in Luxor, all transfers by a private A/C vehicle, a private guide, entrance fees, lunch at a good quality restaurant, bottled water, and all service charges and taxes. Exclusions: Any extras, tipping, and entry inside the Tomb of King Tutankhamun.

**__Tour Description__**
At 7:00 am, an Emo Tours licensed guide will pick you up from your hotel or Nile Cruise in Luxor. You will be transferred by private A/C vehicle to the West Bank, where you will visit the Valley of the Kings, home to the tombs of many ancient Egyptian kings, including Tutmosis I, Tutmosis III, Tut-Ankh-Amon, King Ramssess VI, King Mrenptah, and Amonhotep II.

Next, visit the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, also known as El Dir El Bahari, built by the only pharaonic woman who ruled ancient Egypt. Continue to Medinat Habu, an archaeological site near the Theban Hills, and Deir el Medina, known as the Valley of the Workers, where artisans who worked on the tombs in the Valley of the Kings lived.

You will also visit the Valley of the Queens, where wives of Pharaohs and their children were buried, and the Colossi of Memnon, the remains of the mortuary temple of Amenhotep III. At the end of the tour, you will be transferred back to your hotel or Nile Cruise in Luxor.
